Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a classic talk therapy technique that helps increase awareness of negative thinking in order to better handle challenging situations. My practice is primarily composed of adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I find that people reach out to treatment when excessive worry, low motivation, and negative thinking can lead to feeling less confident in their work, behind on tasks at home, and impacting their relationships. I don't treat ADHD and I don't prescribe controlled substances, such as Xanax for anxiety.
We are currently accepting new patients. Think you have ADHD? No problem! We offer the only FDA approved ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to justify & monitor effectiveness of treatment for patients & clinics. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth.
