I specialize in couples therapy as well as individual and trauma informed therapy. Are you having conflict in your relationship? I work with individuals to heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, unhealed wounds from past traumas and relationships.

Instead of trying to get rid of unwanted thoughts & feelings, I will help you learn to react differently to them so that you can keep your focus on living a fulfilling life. We will work together to set meaningful goals to address your concerns–whether they relate to life transitions, depression, anxiety, stress, or gender and sexuality.
