Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
Sick of obsessing about food, weight, and body image? Sick of obsessing, period? Scrutinizing your body in the mirror? Maybe you are a slave to your repetitive rituals or a slave to the gym? Have you concluded, your relationship to food, exercise and your body is irreparably screwed up? Are your problems embarrassing? If you've landed on my page, chances are, you you'd like to "just eat like a normal person" or just relax without all the intrusive, unwanted BS that occupies your brain space.
Are you experiencing severe anxiety, overwhelmed by fear, struggling to sleep or confused by your loss of interest in things that used to bring you joy? Are you feeling emotional unstable in an intimate relationship, but stable in all your others? Do you say to yourself, 'something is not right', but can't pinpoint what it is? You may have been targeted by a Narcissist or experienced relational trauma. Together you and I will work together to discover the source and reclaim yourself.

My approach is deeply personalized, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic experience where expertise meets elegance, guiding clients toward a balanced and fulfilled life. Whether you are seeking to navigate personal challenges or aspiring towards personal development, I am here to offer a sanctuary for your mental well-being, tailored to fit the distinguished lives of those I work with.
My approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A core idea is that trying too hard to get rid of or control our emotions tends to backfire. Instead of trying to get rid of unwanted thoughts & feelings, I will help you learn to react differently to them so that you can keep your focus on living a fulfilling life. We will work together to set meaningful goals to address your concerns–whether they relate to life transitions, depression, anxiety, stress, or gender and sexuality.
I am a strong advocate for social justice reform. Identifying as an immigrant myself, I have a deep empathy and personal understanding of the immigrant experience. I work with a diverse clientele and my passion lies in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, people of colour and immigrants. I am able to practice in 39 "PSYPACT" approved states.
