My Background and Approach
I have been helping people take back their life for years, and I can help you. I am not a smile and nod therapist. I will challenge you to help you see items that may be in your blind spots. It may be hard work at times, but we will also laugh. I have numerous tools that I can teach you to decrease the items that are negatively impacting your life. I am also trained in a number of modalities to assist you with anxiety, trauma, people pleasing tendencies, and grief. I am constantly learning to increase my abilities to help you through what you are currently struggling with. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people deserve access to a judgement free space to work on their own goals. I provide counseling for adults who feel stuck and want to improve their life in some way. Change can happen for you, I see it every day in the clients I work with and it can happen for you as well.
