About Our Clients
At Quintessential Health, we serve a wide range of individuals from young children to adults. We often individual therapy, group counseling, couples counseling, and assessment/testing services. We specialize in generalized and social anxiety, depression, relationship issues, behavioral difficulties, grief/loss, Autism, ADHD, and trauma. Common referrals for assessments include ADHD concerns, Autism, academic difficulties, psychoeducational assessments, and developmental concerns.

A core value of Quintessential Health is to provide treatment services to our clients in an exceptional, yet affordable manner. In pursuit of this value, we have chosen to utilize Telehealth treatment as a system for serving those seeking our services. We believe that Telehealth provides many advantages over traditional treatment. We are comprised of a team of licensed professionals including psychologists and LPC's, doctoral-level trainees, a dietician, and yoga instructor. We pride ourselves in only utilizing evidenced-based approaches (I.e. cognitive-behavior therapy, family-systems approaches, ACT). During your intake you will be individually matched with a clinician based on your or your child's needs/preference.
