Every relationship comes with its fair share of issues. Navigating the complexities of life together is hard enough, but when you start to feel regularly distressed or hopeless, about your relationship, it may be time to seek professional help. No matter what your issues seem to stem from (disagreements about money, sex, stress, chronic illness, mental illness, infidelity, trust, emotional distance, parenting etc.), if you and your partner are arguing more frequently and experiencing feelings of resentment or contempt, it is likely that there are some underlying problems to address. Because many problems in relationships are a result of communication issues, a qualified mental health therapist can teach you to find new ways of talking to each other to help you find your way back to common ground. I believe everything happens for a reason and we all have a purpose and sometimes its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Often times, we are stuck in old habits of thinking, feeling and communicating. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you through the change process while providing a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their feelings, hopes and fears. Keeping therapy both interactive and collaborative we embark together on this journey.

I work with individual adults & couples from a variety of communities who feel stuck, who would like to learn new coping skills, heal & grow. Whether you are navigating relationship issues, life transitions or trying to understand why you are in pain it is healing to be seen, heard & accepted. This is what I strive to create in our therapeutic relationship while helping you to connect with and understand parts of yourself you may have felt the need to keep hidden.
