Since 2005, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, relationship, anger, trauma, low self-esteem, abuse, decision-making, Emotional Support Animal Documentation, loneliness, & sex issues in Florida. In sex therapy, I specialize in positive sexual health, intimacy concerns, sexual orientation, sexual trauma, low sexual desire, sexual dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and alternative lifestyles. I counsel adults, seniors, teenagers, & couples.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Christian Counselor, Certified School Counselor, Distance Certified Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Florida Certified Sex Therapist, and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Masters and Specialist Degree in Counseling and Human Systems and a Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology and has been in the field since 1997. I have a very diverse background in counseling children, teens, adults, couples, and families from various cultures and backgrounds. In addition, I have worked in community centers, public schools, universities, businesses and private practice and have donated my time and services to help out a variety of different mental health, addiction, homeless, and community agencies. My counseling style is cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused treatment with an interactive solution-focus approach. It is a proven effective way of developing good coping skills for many social and personal issues.

I believe that counseling is helping others with their struggles in life. I will support and empower you to work through your challenges with insight and motivation. I will take the time to provide you with an empathetic and nonjudgmental atmosphere and you will receive coping resources and skills. You will realize that you are not alone in your struggles, and you will have the inner strength to change and reach your goals.
