About My Clients
I work with LGBTQIA+, trans and gender-expansive adults, young adults, couples and non-monogamous relationships. My clients often navigate identity exploration, gender transition, sexual orientation, bicultural identity, neurodivergence (ADHD & autism), anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, sex & intimacy, shame and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting queer and trans Latinx/Latine, polyamorous and kink-affirming communities.
My Background and Approach
I'm a bilingual psychotherapist (LCPC/LMHC) licensed in Illinois & Florida. My approach is collaborative, direct, trauma-informed and culturally responsive. I center LGBTQIA+, trans and gender-expansive, queer & trans Latinx/Latine, and neurodivergent adults and couples. Together we examine identities, relationships and patterns, build emotional regulation, communication and boundary-setting skills, and practice self-compassion. I strive to create a brave space that affirms kink, non-monogamy, sex-positivity and body diversity. Sessions are available in English & Spanish via telehealth and in person in downtown West Palm Beach, FL.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be collaborative, anti-oppressive and culturally responsive, honoring each client's intersecting identities and empowering them to define their own healing.
