My goal in sessions, is to help you connect with the inner resources of self compassion and mindfulness which lead to a greater sense of ease and inner peace. Our sessions include inner contemplative exercises, guided meditations as well as learning healing ways to regulate your emotions both in the sessions and in your daily life. Practicing these skills, can lead to a feeling of inner confidence and the ability to navigate challenges in a more grounded and peaceful way.
