Accepting Clients

I’ve always been curious about people’s stories—what shapes them, what challenges them, and what helps them thrive.

About My Clients

I work with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients are creatives, professionals, or highly driven individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we focus on building clarity, resilience, and practical tools so they can move forward with greater balance, authenticity, and confidence.

My Background and Approach

Serving adults in New York and Florida through both telehealth and in-person sessions. I became a therapist out of a deep curiosity about people’s stories—what shapes them, what challenges them, and what helps them thrive. My approach is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with The Stark Contrast™, a framework I developed that integrates creativity and practical strategies to help clients see new perspectives and take meaningful action. Clients often describe me as approachable, honest, and easy to talk to. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, perfectionism, and major life transitions, and I strive to make therapy both safe and practical—where you feel heard and supported while also leaving with concrete tools to use in daily life. My work is guided by authenticity, humor, and compassion, helping clients build balance, resilience, and lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel both human and practical. Real change happens when people feel safe to be themselves while also gaining tools they can use outside the session. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one built on honesty, compassion, and a willingness to explore both challenges and strengths. I believe humor, creativity, and authenticity have a place in the healing process, making growth feel less intimidating and more sustainable. I also believe that every person has the capacity for resilience and that transitions, though often painful, can be powerful opportunities to realign with what matters most. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover clarity, create balance, and learn new ways of approaching life with confidence and intention.
