My Background and Approach
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a CACREP-accredited program, and am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in Florida. I have extensive experience conducting both individual and family therapy sessions, as well as leading group therapy using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and ACT approaches. Having personally navigated anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to my practice. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client's unique needs, combining person-centered therapy for deeper understanding with evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My goal is to help you develop practical coping skills while fostering self-acceptance and creating actionable steps toward the life you deserve.
