About My Clients
Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, relationship strain, life transitions, or the effects of sustained responsibility, you deserve a space where you do not have to carry it alone. I work collaboratively with adults 18+, using evidence-based approaches tailored to you, to make sense of what has been weighing on you and move toward a steadier, more connected life.
My Background and Approach
My clinical background includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, curious, and human. I provide individualized, evidence-based care with room for humor, creativity, and genuine connection. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, self-doubt, relationship strain, health-related stress, life and career transitions, and sustained pressure. Many of my clients are veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, attorneys, executives, or other high-responsibility adults. Others simply know what it feels like to carry a lot and keep pushing through. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where we can make sense of what you have been carrying, relate to stress differently, and reconnect with the life you want to be living. Together, we can work toward stepping out of patterns that no longer serve you and finding a steadier, more sustainable way forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make meaningful change when they feel respected, understood, and able to be honest without being judged. I see clients as whole people, not just diagnoses or symptoms. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that therapy can help people make sense of what they have been carrying, reconnect with what matters, and move toward a life that feels more steady, honest, and their own.
