In a respectful, caring, and non-judgmental way, I empower you to make lasting changes and move beyond the self-limiting beliefs that hinder your healing. I am an EMDR Certified Clinician, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy and the Flash Technique. I have extensive experience helping clients resolve trauma and PTSD. I work with you to increase resources to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and other issues. I bring experience from a successful business career in addressing workplace and career challenges.
