Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, hopeless or out of control. It's not uncommon to feel empty, lost in an emotional place that seems endless and dark with no escape. Addressing difficulties in relationships, life transitions, and depression are my areas of expertise. Life should not be such a constant struggle. I am here to provide a safe space where we can work together to help you find a way out of the dark and build a path forward toward healing, balance, happiness and meaning.
The fast paced world we live in today can be overwhelming - between school, jobs, obligations, relationships with others, and even our own expectations of ourselves. Managing everything around us can be exhausting, and it can result in problems with anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and just the feeling of nothing going right. I can help - I focus on strength-based strategies that will provide tools to find more balance in your life.
I work with folks who desire to work through a wide spectrum of barriers and challenges. I have particular interest and experience working with survivors of trauma, major life transitions, depression and anxiety. I also have experience working with individuals in the arts and creative fields.
Previous clients have described me as empathetic, calm, insightful, and have helped them become more grounded. I enjoy helping the individual who is struggling with relationship and family issues, or experiencing life and work stressors, anxiety, burnout, depression, and self-esteem issues.

I primarily work with individuals and couples who have highly stressful careers that are ready to do what's necessary to experience real and lasting change. Together we'll face what's felt too much, explore the impact and the meanings made of the past while building a future centered around freedom, fulfillment and joy.
Do you find it difficult to say no, or have a hard time answering the question of; "who am I,"? Perhaps you find yourself very much "there for" others, but having difficulty knowing what it means to take care of yourself along the way? Often, we find ourselves in patterns of relating to others in which our own self takes a back of the bus seat, if a seat at all. I work with clients to help them notice these patterns and take steps toward a new way of living and relating.
I work with people looking for deeper connections and intimacy with themselves and those around them. Whether you're navigating sexual issues, anxiety, religious trauma or LGBT+ issues, I'm here for it. And more importantly, I'm here for you. Together we can create a therapeutic relationship to help you grow into a more authentic version of you.
I help adult individuals whose lives are adversely impacted by one or more of the following: sex/porn/love addiction, partner betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also help couples seeking help for healing from infidelity or for overcoming other relational problems in order to strengthen their relationship.
I typically work with individuals and couples. I specialize in working with trauma, LGBTQ, religious trauma, existential crises, underrepresented populations, relationship and societal issues. I have been told that I am easy to be in session with, and can stay curious and identify with most anyone I meet. I work best with adult clients, those with deep inquiries of self, and typically anyone who has feelings of being misunderstood or alienated. I do very well at helping couples reconnect.

Sometimes, as much as we try, it’s hard to make the changes we need to improve the quality of our life. If you’re struggling with the effects of trauma, excessive worry, depression or bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or having trouble navigating the stress of life and want to make some changes, I am here to help.
Many of my clients find my practice after years of struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, having a harsh inner critic, or addictions. Unresolved trauma is often the underlying problem, when as children we learned to distance ourselves from our innate higher Self in an effort to “fit in.” I guide clients in listening to their own inner voices, reconnecting to their soul-longings and restoring a more authentically connected existence to the world around them. LGBTQI+ affirming practice.
Do you want a deeper sense of connection or a greater sense of purpose in life? You might have a mistrust of men or women based on past, hurtful experiences. You are not alone. Imagine yourself living with greater peace, freedom, trust, creativity, courage, & empowering love. Getting you there is my specialty.

My clients are pregnant, postpartum or parents of young children and toddlers. I especially enjoy supporting clients in navigating changing relationships, lifestyles and other transitions during this time in their lives. I work collaboratively with clients to determine goals for therapy and use a strength based approach to incorporate the client's natural strengths into practical coping skills, as well as strengthen self compassion, self esteem, and confidence.
I work collaboratively with a full range of folx (adolescents, pre-teen, adults) and I specialize in trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ folx, identity, navigating relationships and grief and loss. I look forward to hearing from you and welcome you to call for a free 30 minute consult!
