About My Clients
I love to work with people who tend to think deeply, feel intensely, and want more than surface-level change. Many of my clients have insight into their patterns, but still feel stuck—whether in relationships, identity, or how they move through the world. I most often work with women, LGBTQ+ folks, creative-types, and those seeking support and reconnection in their most precious relationships.
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from a handful of therapeutic modalities that I find the most meaningful and supportive. This allows us to explore both the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and the practical ways those patterns show up in your day-to-day life. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping the work grounded and human. Above all, I aim to offer a space where you can feel understood, challenged in the right ways, and supported as you move toward a version of your life that feels more like your own. My work is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic, humanistic, and evidence-based approaches. I draw from attachment-focused psychodynamic therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Trauma Resiliency Model, adapting the work to each person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m less interested in keeping things polished and more interested in understanding the full, complicated picture of who you are. Humor is a big part of how I move through the world, and I believe it belongs in therapy too. I create space for honest connection, collaborative work, and a well-timed laugh.
