Attachment-based therapy focuses on strengthening the parent-child bond to foster secure and healthy relationships in adulthood. My experience in attachment enables me to help children and parents understand and improve their attachment patterns. By addressing attachment issues, I support children in developing a strong sense of security and emotional well-being. I work closely with parents, to help nurture positive interactions and create stable, supportive environment for the children.

In DBT is a structured therapeutic approach designed to help children and teens manage intense emotions and improve their relationships. With rigorous training and hands-on experience in various settings, I use DBT techniques to teach young people essential skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.

I am an expert in EMDR therapy, particularly for children and adolescents dealing with trauma and distressing life experiences. I find that EMDR is effective at guide young clients to reprocess traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact. This approach has proven transformative for children and teens, facilitating significant breakthroughs in their emotional healing and development.
