About My Clients
I work with adults, youth, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, postpartum and parenting-related transitions, creative blocks, and the emotional complexities of modern life. I often work with creatives, highly sensitive and reflective individuals, and those moving through periods of profound transition or emotional awakening. Many of my clients arrive feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in certain ways.
My Background and Approach
My approach is depth-oriented, relational, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives while incorporating mindfulness, somatic and embodied practices, EMDR, narrative therapy, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and inner child work. I am particularly interested in the ways emotional healing unfolds through the integration of insight, embodiment, nervous system regulation, creativity, and authentic human connection. I strive to offer a compassionate and grounded space where clients can safely explore their inner world, deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and cultivate a more connected relationship with themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In addition to my clinical work, I bring over two decades of experience as an educator, performer, creative artist, and parent. These experiences continue to deeply inform my therapeutic presence and my understanding of emotional development, self-expression, relational dynamics, caregiving, and the courage it takes to grow and change across the lifespan. I also hold a deep respect for contemplative and mindfulness-based traditions, which quietly inform my approach to healing and the therapeutic process.
