Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. Are you a nurturer who feels discouraged to the point of despair about the state of the world and the future? I can help. I work with women and helping professionals (teachers, medical providers, therapists, and faith leaders) on burnout prevention and recovery and on resilience building. Working with people as a nurturer or helper is particularly demanding, and our own trauma shows up in this work daily. Our own healing is an essential part of our capacity to do this work long-term.

Together we will work through the challenges to find healing and acceptance. We hold the power inside us to live authentically and be celebrated not feared. I have largely worked with Queer/LGBTQ+ populations including trans and gender diverse folx. I am also poly/ethical non-monogamy, sex positive/kink, and cannabis friendly and affirming.
