About My Clients
You may feel stuck in painful patterns you can’t quite break, within yourself, your emotions, or your relationships. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, conflict, disconnection, or old wounds that keep resurfacing. I work with individuals and couples who want therapy that goes deeper than symptom management and helps create lasting, meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each person or couple I work with. I primarily draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows us to work with both present-day struggles and the deeper patterns, wounds, beliefs, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck. In therapy, we may explore and process past wounds that may be connected to current symptoms, while also building practical tools for emotional regulation and changing unhelpful thought or behavior patterns. With couples, I help partners identify negative cycles, communicate more clearly, rebuild trust, and create a stronger emotional connection. My goal is to offer therapy that is warm, honest, evidence-informed, and meaningful, helping you create change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
