About My Clients

If anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or family conflict feels overwhelming, you do not have to carry it alone. Therapy can be a welcoming place to pause, speak openly, and find a gentler path forward. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who feel stuck or exhausted by recurring patterns. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care in a warm, respectful space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

My Background and Approach

I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and practical approach. I use evidence-based practices, but our work won't be one-size-fits-all. We'll focus on what's useful for you. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and show up as yourself. I provide affirming care, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while focusing on goals that matter to you. Getting started can feel intimidating, and that's completely okay. If you think we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out. I would be happy to talk with you about what you're looking for and how I may be able to help. I offer free consultations, and if you choose to move forward, you'll have the chance to tell your story while we work together to develop a plan to help you work toward and achieve your goals in therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to the values of social justice, intersectionality, and fundamental kindness and respect for self and others. As a Queer therapist of color, I have dedicated myself to advocating for self and others within in an intersectional framework, cognizant of the role of biased systems and related systemic injustices. I believe those who are LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC have a right not only to exist but to thrive in all areas of life to which they aspire - family, social, career, health, faith. I am also a major proponent of workers’ rights, and I believe it is the people and the workers who truly hold the power. I continuously work to ensure my practice is one that recognizes the value of others and helps others to see their own inherent value while working toward social justice and against the systemic oppression that hurts us all.
