Relationship structures outside of mononormative standards come with their own unique benefits and challenges. My job as a poly-affirming therapist is to dispel shame around non-monogamy and help guide you towards the most ethical and supportive practices. I have both personal and professional experience with non-monogamy and am a firm believer that we are all capable of giving and receiving the kind of love that fulfills us.

In narrative therapy we are not the problem, the problem is the problem. The stories we tell ourselves have a way of rooting themselves in our thoughts and behaviors. Let's work to uncover your innate strengths and resources and begin to tell a fuller story of who you are.

My masters specialization was in LGBT-Affirmative Therapy and I trained at the LA LGBT Center. As a member and advocate of this community, I enjoy working as a guide and collaborator in my client's journeys of self-compassion and self-discovery. Many of us feel stuck in roles we’ve been assigned and in stories that we’ve outgrown. Our work in therapy is to shift our perspective, allowing ourselves to see a much more honest and nuanced view of who we are and who we’d like to be.

My therapy style is client-led. I believe people don't change because they are told to change, they change and grow when given a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which they can self-actualize and become who they want to be.
