About My Clients
I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating life transitions. This includes, but is not limited to, changes related to academic adjustment, relationship concerns, employment transitions, and grief/loss. I am also passionate about working with clients through anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, and strive to build a safe and collaborative environment in which my clients can fully express their identities, perspectives, challenges, and goals
My Background and Approach
Using a holistic framework, my goal is to empower you in addressing your presenting concerns, developing self-insight, and building a toolkit of therapeutic skills to apply within your life. My approach includes a variety of therapeutic interventions including attachment and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), somatic interventions, positive psychology, and mindfulness practices.
