My Background and Approach
My therapeutic process utilizes a foundation of experiential, emotionally-focused and mindfulness-based therapies which help clients acknowledge and draw from their internal and external strengths. I work with individuals, couples and families from diverse cultures on matters such as but not limited to anxiety, self-esteem, depression, relationship building/conflict, and life transitions. I'm a fully licensed professional counselor currently completing advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I am an advocate of special needs and devoted to supporting individuals and families managing autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, ADD, and learning disorders.

I believe that when people find the courage to define their own life meaning, it encourages a more fulfilling personal journey.
