About My Clients
I specialize in navigating complex trauma histories and/or current complexities with clients in a way that allows us to understand and process where the past still comes alive in the body, the mind or in relational dynamics, and simultaneously craft a path forward that feels like it honors all unique parts of you and your needs. All facets of you, your identity, your lived experiences and your relationships are welcome here. This is a non-judgmental, open, affirming space.
My Background and Approach
Some of the complexities that I support individuals and partners in navigating are chronic illness (such as Lyme Disease, CFS/ME, Lupus, Endometriosis), PTSD diagnoses, identity exploration, LGBTQ+/Poly affirming relationship structuring, Highly Sensitive folks (HSP), and Blended/Expansive family challenges. This space is individualized & adaptable. Tools I utilize here in self recovery, processing lived stories and building resilience include Brainspotting for trauma processing, mind-body terrain work including Meditation & Guided Imagery, and IFS for integration.
