We are all human and experience hard “things” at one time or another. Hard doesn't always have a concrete definition. Our difficulties and challenges are rarely the same as we are all unique. What is the same is that each of us deserves a space to deal with the weight that can often bear down on our shoulders, regardless of how light or heavy it may be. I will wholeheartedly work cohesively and collaboratively with you towards achieving your goals to be your best and most authentic self.

I prioritize the importance of upholding each client's dignity through a holistic and personalized approach to treatment. Working together, Alexis will create a therapeutic alliance to ensure an experience that will lead you to a successful and fulfilling life outside of therapy. Whether you are struggling with a long-standing history of emotional pain, family issues, adjusting to a new phase of life, or simply need to focus on change that has been holding you back for much to long...we can work through this! My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our goal is for you to achieve the insight and tools needed to conquer any obstacle. As an active ally of the LGBTQA+ community, advocate for social justice, voice for body positivity, and strong believer that mindfulness practice and self-care are key to growth and preservation - I am here to support you. We need to remember that seeking out and receiving mental health services is strength. It shows that wanting to do the right thing for yourself is the highest form of self-love and I am here to help you through the process. Let's grow together.
