I know it can be hard to start therapy or to share our true emotional selves with a new person (especially if we are talking about sexual issues!) I therefore use my genuine warmth and empathy to cultivate an organic space for you to share what's weighing on you. Whether you are looking to discuss orgasm difficulties, anxiety, self-criticism, or relationship stress, I am here for you. I use my down to earth nature, compassion, intuition, natural curiosity, –and sometimes even humor- to gently guide your growth. Together, we can explore experiences, emotions or barriers preventing you from living your most meaningful life. At the core, I believe that feeling truly seen, an illumination of unhelpful patterns, sensible sex/psychoeducation, and a place to explore your inner truths can promote a space of healing. Let's embark on this healing journey together.

I view you as an expert on yourself and will encourage you to honor your own inner wisdom. I value processing your unique context and how intersectional identities, white supremacy and structures of oppression contribute to your distress. As a Jewish person with a Muslim spouse, I understand how religious/spiritual identities can deeply impact our views of self, family, sexuality and the world. In addition to providing therapy, I have taught several classes on sexuality/relationships and have conducted research on increasing womxn's sexual functioning and "cliteracy." I am passionate about advocating for sexual pleasure (and holistic well-being) for all. Outside of work I enjoy bothering my cat, concocting new recipes of lentil soup, and yoga with Adriene.
