My main focus in therapy is to help clients move towards their goals, reduce their anxiety and stress, and to get out of autopilot and start living again. This is a different experience for everyone depending on their goals which can range from creating new coping skills, finding opportunities to set boundaries, or just having a safe space to process challenges.

I have a particular interest in working with adolescent girls and women in transition (post partum, career transition, divorce, midlife challenges, parenthood and co parenting). I offer outdoor/nature walking therapy sessions in addition to in office and Telehealth.
