I work with individuals from the ages 16 and up. Areas that I am particularly passionate about are anxiety, depression, guilt/shame, self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, issues around faith and spirituality, and processing the challenges of growing up in an immigrant household.

I have experience working with individuals ages 17 to 75 and have worked in a community health agency setting which has given me the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients. I have a particular interest in working with adolescent girls and women in transition (post partum, career transition, divorce, midlife challenges, parenthood and co parenting).
