Every relationship comes with its fair share of issues. Navigating the complexities of life together is hard enough, but when you start to feel regularly distressed or hopeless, about your relationship, it may be time to seek professional help. No matter what your issues seem to stem from (disagreements about money, sex, stress, chronic illness, mental illness, infidelity, trust, emotional distance, parenting etc.), if you and your partner are arguing more frequently and experiencing feelings of resentment or contempt, it is likely that there are some underlying problems to address. Because many problems in relationships are a result of communication issues, a qualified mental health therapist can teach you to find new ways of talking to each other to help you find your way back to common ground. Using a person-centered, eclectic and cross-cultural perspective when working with clients, I understand each individual and each experience is unique. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space for clients to share their most innermost struggles. I am interested in empowering clients by helping them process their emotions, identify their strengths, and learn new healthy coping techniques to help them overcome their stressors and traumas.

My clients come from all races, sexual and faith orientations, occupations and genders. Our work together may include relationship issues, infidelity and affairs, anxiety, stress, depression, sex therapy, out of control sexual behavior and more. My approach to therapy is authentic, relational, and trust based. I am also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who is both comfortable and competent in sex, sexual dysfunction, BDSM and kink.
Online Therapy
My clients are often people who feel out of step with mainstream life. Many of them practice ethical non-monogamy or identify as kinky. Some are gender fluid, or transitioning. About half see me individually while the others see me together with their partner(s). We focus on a wide variety of topics related to relationships, sex and intimacy, communication, and conflict resolution.
