Feeling a certain level of anxiety over big stressors or certain life events is totally normal. However, if you find that your fear or worry does not go away and, in fact, gets worse over time, you may be suffering from an anxiety disorder. Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling and often passes quickly, while severe anxiety can seriously affect your day-to-day life. If you are finding your anxiety unmanageable, can’t identify the cause of your anxious feelings or if you are suffering from physical symptoms (such as heart palpations, fatigue, sweaty hands, upset stomach, or insomnia), it may be time to get help. Reach out to one of TherapyDen’s anxiety specialists today.

My clients are often deeply curious individuals looking to cultivate a sense of fulfillment and self-understanding. While many have histories of complex trauma and/or addiction, others have struggles more rooted in the present moment, such as challenges with relationships or executive functioning. As a therapist, my role is to cultivate a container of trust that allows your innate inner wisdom to emerge.

I work primarily with those struggling with generalized anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, and relationships. Additionally, I work with couples to build Effective Communication Skills for a more sustainable and expansive connection and bond, working to de-escalate conflict while building awareness around foundational principles to lean on for long term success.

My clients are teens and young adults (16-28) who are at a stage where they are reflecting on childhood and have determined they want something different for themselves in adulthood. My clients are often in school or in the early stages of their career. They are often facing challenges around stress, anxiety, childhood trauma, and relationships with friends, family or partners. My clients are on a path of discovering who they are, healing childhood wounds, and building goals for the future.
