It takes a lot of courageous vulnerability to embark on a healing journey of self-discovery and self-reclamation. I want you to know that I witness you – your strengths and your struggles, your love and your pain. It is my mission to remind you that you are not alone on this path of wholehearted living. Let me be the first to remind you that there’s “nothing wrong” with you. You are not “broken.” Even if you are feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or trapped. You are not alone.
My Background and Approach
My heart’s greatest longing is to support all parts of you - your light and your shadow - in navigating through the various ebbs and flows that will undoubtedly unfold over the chapters of your life. Trauma - or anything that overwhelms your ability to cope - affects each and every one of us differently. Sometimes, you can get stuck repeating patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, or behaviors that - at one point in your life - might have kept you safe. However, those same survival strategies may be wreaking havoc on your life now. The struggle is, those parts of you that are repeating those old patterns, haven’t learned that it’s safe to respond to life in a different way. I'm here to show you how you can begin to heal old patterns of limiting beliefs, break free from the seemingly endless spirals of grief and despair, and liberate yourself from self-sabotaging behaviors in order to transform trauma and create a life of inner freedom that you are worthy of experiencing.
