September: A Focus on Self-Improvement

The therapists we've featured here are specialists, passionate about supporting people who want to work on self-improvement.

It's time to focus on self-improvement

At TherapyDen, we embrace self-improvement and work to address every aspect of it.

Community leaders voice out

One of my favorite things to say to clients who want to specifically work on self-improvement is, “I want to learn what self-improvement means to you. What the “improved” version of you feels like, sounds like, looks like. And, in addition, I want to learn what might be stopping you from loving yourself as you are right now. Sometimes, practicing self-compassion around the idea that we’re doing the best we can, given our present state, can help start build a solid foundation for what’s next.
