I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults, especially introverts and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, better understand what’s beneath the surface, and move toward a life that feels calmer, more intentional, and more like you.
How I Can Help You
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in the business and technology world. I understand what it’s like to juggle demanding work, family responsibilities, and the pressure to keep everything running while quietly feeling overwhelmed. That experience helps me connect with clients who appear successful on the outside but are carrying stress, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or self-doubt beneath the surface. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop new coping skills, and make choices that align with their values. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about reconnecting with who you are beneath the expectations, stress, and self-criticism.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I believe every person deserves a space where they can be fully themselves without judgment. Many of my clients have spent years taking care of others, meeting expectations, or believing they should simply “push through.” Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, become more curious about your experiences, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I value authenticity, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. My office is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming to people of diverse backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and life experiences.
