About My Clients
I believe mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and personalized. I work with children and adults and take time to listen, so we can understand what’s going on and figure out a plan that feels right for you. My approach is down-to-earth and nonjudgmental, blending medication management with thoughtful, whole‑person care. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing honestly, and being yourself. I value meeting each person where they are.
My Background and Approach
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help individuals manage anxiety, school and home life, stress, mood concerns, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focused on helping you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and approachable for children, adults, and families. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take a whole‑person approach and aim to understand people within the context of their experiences, stressors, and supports. I meet you or your child where you are and work to create a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space that supports thoughtful, individualized care.
