About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have experience in working with clients through a variety of mental health experiences including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, grief, and substance use. My most recent experience has given me the opportunity to work specifically with cancer patients, caregivers, and their loved ones to support their mental health needs. I have worked with various age groups from children to adults, utilizing a variety of counseling modalities (individual, couples, families, and groups). I'm currently licensed in both Ohio and South Carolina in order to offer telehealth services in both states.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Every single one of us deserves to feel understood regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status... we are all worthy. We also all have permission to transition in the ways that our life calls for. We face a lot of storms throughout our lives, and I believe that we all have the tools within us to navigate those storms. Therapy is an opportunity to remind us of those strengths as well as add to our toolboxes. Everyone deserves a moment to pause in order to adapt to our everchanging worlds.
