About My Clients
I work with clients ages 12 and up. I specialize in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and life stressors/changes. I have experience and really enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients. Additionally, I am trauma- and neurodiverse-informed.
My Background and Approach
As a Highly-Sensitive Person, I bring empathy and curiosity into my work as a therapist. I aim to honor the wide spectrum and intersectionality of different cultures, neurotypes, and sexuality and gender of my clients, though I know there is always more for me to learn. I pull from different modalities to meet your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, play, and Internal Family Systems, as well as coming from a Health at Every Size perspective. I believe the answers you seek are within you and I am here as a support and guide on your path toward growth, healing, and wellness. I take a balanced, gentle approach by supporting you to process how you’re feeling and what you’ve experienced. I am truly honored to be welcomed into your inner world.
