About My Clients

Finding the right therapist can sometimes feel like you're lost at sea. I'm so glad you're here! In the ocean, the tides help ships to navigate the seas. Some days the waters are calm and some days we need help finding shore. When you can't seem to find direction past the waves, I would love to help you navigate your "ocean".

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At High Tide Therapy Services, we believe psychotherapy can be beneficial for everyone. Psychotherapy can help build self-esteem, reduce depression and/or anxiety and improve social functioning. I believe everyone is worthy of healing and care. I understand how lonely and scary it can be to feel lost at sea, and would be honored to be apart of your mental health journey. It is never too late to learn how to swim.
