I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, fellow therapists, young adults, LGBTQIA+ identified people & multi-cultural communities. We will explore themes of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, substance use, feelings of disconnect, chronic stress, perfectionism and more.
My Background and Approach
I draw on my experience working in wilderness therapy, addiction treatment centers, universities, yoga studios and rites of passage programs to inspire creative and transformative experiences with and for my clients. Building resiliency, agency, meaning making and strengthening your inherent knowings are the guiding pillars we will use. I bring experiential, collaborative, strength-based and body-awareness practices to support you in tapping into your sense of personal power. My presence is warm, honest & connected. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify as a white, queer, multicultural womxn who is currently living and working on the stolen lands of the Ute, Arapahoe, Cheyenne and other tribal nations ancestral homeland otherwise known as Boulder, Colorado. Other community roles and gifts I embody include being an organic vegetable & flower farmer, forager & wildcraft medicine maker, rites of passage & wilderness guide, ceramic & fiber artist.
