As a sensitive or neurodivergent woman living with the effects of complex trauma, you know what it's like to carry more than most people can see. My Background and Approach
People-pleasing, perfectionism, and always staying one step ahead may have helped you stay safe and connected in your relationships. But over time, this level of functioning can keep you stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed with hypervigilance, and disconnected from your own needs, peace, and authenticity. Deep down, you may be longing for something different: to trust your feelings, to set boundaries without guilt, and to meet yourself with the same compassion you so readily offer others. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that helped you survive, honor the wisdom behind them, and build a path forward rooted in greater authenticity, embodiment, and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a life-long advocate for systems reform, humanism, and universal healthcare & childcare, I view clients through a holistic lens that takes into account their unique histories, systemic experiences, familial relationships, personal values, and unique neurobiology. I believe many of us suffer due to social, systemic, and familial expectations that have, over time, forced us to hide, alter, or shame parts of our most authentic selves. As a complex trauma survivor myself, I understand how deeply family-of-origin experiences can shape how we feel about ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
