My Background and Approach
People-pleasing, perfectionism, and always staying one step ahead may have helped you cope and feel safe in relationships. Over time, though, these patterns can keep you stuck in survival mode, erode self-trust, and make it harder to build the reciprocal relationships you want. Deep down, you may be longing for something different: the freedom to trust your own feelings, honor your needs, and meet yourself with the same compassion you so readily offer others. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that helped you survive, honor the wisdom behind them, and build a path forward rooted in greater authenticity, embodiment, and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a life-long advocate for systems reform, humanism, and universal healthcare & childcare, I view clients through a holistic lens that takes into account their unique histories, systemic experiences, familial relationships, personal values, and unique neurobiology. I believe many of us suffer due to social, systemic, and familial expectations that have, over time, forced us to hide, alter, or shame parts of our most authentic selves. As a complex trauma survivor myself, I understand how deeply these experiences can shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. If my profile resonates with you, I'd love to connect.
