About My Clients
Do you often find yourself thinking, “It's me, I'm the problem”? Some days are okay, but it never lasts and soon there's another problem on the horizon. But YOU are NOT the problem. The problem is the problem and it's not a reflection of who you are as a person. Maybe you are struggling with feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, or people pleasing. Some days are manageable, and others leave you feeling completely overwhelmed and defeated. With time, effort, and support you can break free.
My Background and Approach
I believe in an integrative approach to healing, health, and wellness which includes providing a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to work through complex and challenging issues. I encourage individuals to become comfortable expressing themselves within the therapeutic process. I begin by working alongside the client to establish goals and curate a unique treatment plan. If you are looking for extra guidance and support or are wanting to move in a new direction in life, I look forward to working with you. One cannot live a happy, healthy, and meaningful life if they are disconnected. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer counseling for a wide range of issues such as anxiety, teen counseling, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, body image struggles, OCD, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, and ADHD.
