My experience with multiple populations has helped me realize the importance of looking at an individual as a whole, rather than just focusing on a specific issue. The mental, physical, and social aspects of an individual are all equally important.

My practice utilizes an individualized, collaborative, multi-theory approach. I like to acknowledge differences in others, recognizing them as strengths. I understand that one approach may not work for everyone and am dedicated to finding the right treatment for each client's unique interests, beliefs, strengths, values, and goals. My work is driven by a passion for discovering what it means to be human. Why do people do what they do? Why are they the way they are? Together we will search for a deeper truth than what is seen on the surface leading to inner fulfillment and a greater insight into the human condition.

I believe holistic wellness is critical to long-term well-being and can be developed across the lifespan. The power to change lies within the strengths of each individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. The therapist and client must work together to reveal what approach promotes the authentic life the client desires. I provide a genuine and safe environment based on mutual trust, commitment, and collaboration.
