My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practice, using techniques and interventions that are proven methods in improving overall mental and emotional health. I practice through the lens of a holistic mind+body approach, where we work on making you feel safe and regulated in your body before diving into the cognitive work. As your therapist, I focus on you as an integrated whole, rather than just the symptoms you’re experiencing. In therapy, you are equipped with the necessary tools to optimize your full potential, while also embracing what it means to be human.
