Jeff Guenther, MS, LPC on Oct 27, 2019 in Say More About That
Today, I talk to Julie Jeske, LPC, one of my best best buddies, about what we think are the hardest parts of being a therapist. We chat about what we struggle with the most, how we take care of ourselves when we don't feel like being a therapist, if our therapy style changes when we are personally going through a breakup and whether or not we are turned off by relationships because we witness all the hard stuff firsthand. We also tackle the age old question of whether or not therapists are crazy for doing this work. Lots of laughs. Lots of fun. A must listen.
