My focus is to support clients experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, and addictive behaviors. I aim to bring my authentic self into the therapeutic space and meet each client wherever they are. I focus on helping you tap into your internal experience and find ways to move through any challenges, whether internal or external. As a part of your team, I help you find ways to move towards your values and goals.
My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy to add an extra layer of skills. From the beginning, I emphasize the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship and will provide each client with active listening, empathy, and compassion mixed in with some humor. I aim to provide a judgment free and safe space and want to keep our sessions very interactive.
