I specialize in trauma, anxiety, attachment, and relationship challenges, and my goal is for you to leave each session with practical strategies you can use in real life. Whether it’s managing anxiety, healing relational patterns, or building emotional security, you’ll have techniques you can carry with you at all times. I take a collaborative approach, meeting you where you are and guiding you through what’s happening in the moment. Together, we’ll address how past experiences, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics impact your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop strategies to foster resilience, stronger connections, and lasting change. My training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and advanced couples and family therapy ensures you receive evidence-based strategies grounded in real-world results.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual, couple, and family has the capacity to heal and grow, even when past experiences or trauma have created patterns of struggle. I value creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that understanding attachment patterns, past experiences, and relational dynamics is key to lasting change. Collaboration, empathy, and practical strategies are central to my work, helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reclaim a sense of emotional well-being.
