I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, childhood /intergenerational /complex trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief and loss, and cross-cultural transitions.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, where I received clinical training and had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. I also bring experience working with families and children with neurodivergent needs (ASD, ADHD) across various settings, including private practice, schools, and PHP treatment centers. I offer individual and couples therapy using a range of approaches, including psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy.
