I provide affirming, compassionate care that honors your gender identity, sexuality, and expression as natural and valid parts of who you are. My practice is body-based and culturally centered, meaning I create space for the unique joys and traumas that LGBTQIA+ individuals may carry—including minority stress, coming out, family dynamics, and gender exploration. I help individuals and partners navigate the complexities of connection—whether romantic, familial, or with self. Using a body-based, culturally centered approach, we explore attachment patterns, communication barriers, and past wounds that show up in present relationships. My work supports you in building trust, setting boundaries, and deepening authentic connection in a way that honors your identity and lived experience.

Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and disconnecting—from yourself, your body, and your life. Together, we gently explore the roots of your low mood, fatigue, or numbness while reconnecting to your body’s wisdom. I offer culturally attuned, embodied support that honors how systemic stress, race, and identity shape depression. My goal is to help you move toward small, meaningful moments of presence, energy, and hope at your own pace.

Relational counseling focuses on the patterns, ruptures, and repairs that show up in how you connect with others. Whether you're struggling with family, partners, friends, or colleagues, we explore how early relationships shape current dynamics. Using warmth, curiosity, and cultural awareness, I help you build healthier communication, deepen trust, and create more satisfying, authentic relationships—including the one you have with yourself.

Trauma lives not just in our minds but in our bodies. In somatic therapy, we gently reconnect with physical sensations, breath, and movement to release stored tension and emotional pain. This body-based approach helps you process trauma without needing to relive every detail. You learn to listen to your body's wisdom, restore a sense of safety, and move from surviving to thriving—at a pace that feels right for you.
