Rather than staying stuck in problems, we explore possibilities, resources, and the small changes that can create big shifts. I also integrate Narrative Therapy and culturally responsive, holistic practices to ensure therapy feels relevant and respectful of your lived experiences. Together, we’ll co-create goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and tailored to your unique values and identity.
