About My Clients
You’re doing your best to carry family expectations, cultural values, and your own needs; but it’s exhausting. I work with South Asian, BIPOC, and first- or second-generation adults navigating anxiety, identity, and intergenerational stress. Together we’ll slow down, untangle old patterns, and help you feel grounded, authentic, and connected to yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I’m a relational, trauma-responsive therapist integrating mindfulness, narrative therapy, IFS, and ACT. My approach blends compassion and practicality to help you understand your story and apply real-life tools for change. I specialize in cultural and intergenerational trauma, identity development, grief, and relationship challenges- always honoring your pace, values, and lived experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation South Asian American and eldest daughter of immigrants, I’m passionate about creating therapy spaces that feel culturally attuned, inclusive, and socially conscious. I believe healing is collective- that laughter, culture, and justice belong in the room. I stand for BIPOC mental health, immigrant stories, LGBTQ+ affirmation, and making therapy feel human, not clinical.
