About My Clients
I have specialized training in dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I have experience with depression, anxiety, non-suicidal self-injury, eating disorders, self-esteem, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, psychosis, personality disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, interpersonal issues, and trauma/PTSD.
My Background and Approach
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. I am a trained DBT therapist with years of experience in this type of therapy. I believe everyone deserves and desires to live a life worth living and its a therapists' role to help clients achieve that goal. I believe in a very collaborative relationship with clients to help build an open and honest relationship. I will work very hard to provide you with a nonjudgmental space to allow for safe self-expression while processing and gaining an understanding of behaviors, thought patterns, and core beliefs.

I believe that everyone deserves to live a meaningful life, whatever that means for them. I work very hard to provide a genuine and non-judgement space for my clients to safely express themselves. I am a sex positive, poly and CMN affirming, kink aware, and LGBTQAI+ affirming therapist.
